(applause) >> so, we're going to show another application from motion launch, the founder and ceo, john, will be sharing some of the work that they're doing. they're based here out of san francisco and they've got a great announcement to make. >> i am jon mills. i'm ceo of motion loft. we started about three years ago developing sensors that we could place around cities that would give us some analytics on how people move around cities and how vehicles drive around cities. so, currently we have 16 neighborhoods -- 18 neighborhoods covered in san francisco, and we get real-time data back that shows exactly how many people go by some of the busiest areas in san francisco. so, you can see here san francisco, on average total, i think we had 150 people cross our sensors on average for every sensor

francisco, banning liquor in san francisco, and banning industry in san francisco because i think those three contribute a lot more damage to san francisco citizens than smoking. the logic used that i heard earlier if you apply it to those other three different things is really more important than just singling out smoking alone. if i remember my german history, a certain dictator singled out a certain group because he thought they were responsible for whatever he thought was wrong. we should not apply that same logic here and if we're going to be consistent in our treatment of causes of problems in san francisco, we should be discussing the other three at the same time, namely industrial pollution, automobile and truck pollution, and dangers of overuse of alcohol. so i would say that if the previous speakers were consistent in their logic they would be speaking out for those other three items at the same time as smoking and if you're going to single one item rather than the other three, i have to remind you in good conscience that this is what adolf hitler did, he singled out a certain

one of the fun things about san francisco and we always have something going on. we had the beta breakers and break the city in half for the runners and manage the emergency response for that. we had the gollen gate anniversary and remember that off the bridge and the u.s. open and the pride parade. and then we took a brief break in july and in august started with some of our exercising as part of the fleet week activity and i highlight some of those here, so with the america cup's races which we had been planning for starting at the beginning of the year. three successful exercises in preparation for the first week of racing that took place in august and continued in october and as the mayor mentioned october was incredibly busy for us with america's cup and the fleet week activities we had going on, to additional exercises. we had a senior leader seminar and a disaster aid presentation on marina green. other things that took place that the mayor mentioned the bluegrass and castro street parade and a finer and giants game and lead to the playoffs and all happened

we are mainly focused in san francisco. we are small. we focus mainly on the tenderloin, chinatown, bayview, visitation. we do a lot of expansion. people start small through the credit union and then want to go to the bank. we know we are limited. we cannot afford to give out a big loan. starting from the credit union, we educate them about filing taxes properly and then moving on to the bank, a small one, expansion, and we work with the bank. the bank and credit union are similar. we do allow tax returns, projections. credit unions do not charge an additional loan or processing fee. processing time, on a small loan, -- consumer loans probably a few days. because we require a business plan, sometimes it takes longer. business plans take a while. especially bank statements. we need to see consistent income coming in. so far, a credit union delinquent rate is quite low because we are working with a client. we want to keep that low and as part of our mission. there is no application fee. if you are interested in an application or informatio
